Bettie is a client-centered physical therapist who believes in a holistic approach to treatment to identify underlying causes rather than pain control alone. She believes in building a strong partnership with her clients that empowers them to reach their highest potential through greater awareness of how they move and provide the tools to refine those movements and improve performance. She has advanced training in manual therapy and is a certified trigger point dry needling specialist. Bettie specializes in working with active adults and adolescents in an array of orthopedics and athletic related injuries as well as tempomandibular joint (TMJ) issues. Bettie incorporates various manual techniques, including dry needling, and individualized exercise programs to get her clients back to activities they love!
